The Beach Holidays – Payment Options Policy

This Payment Options Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions between The Beach Holidays Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the Lead Passenger/Customer (“you”, “your”). By making a booking through The Beach Holidays, you agree to the payment terms set out below.


1. General Payment Conditions

1.1 All bookings made through The Beach Holidays must be paid for using one of the accepted payment methods listed in this policy.

1.2 The Lead Passenger is responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time and for providing a valid payment method throughout the booking period.

1.3 We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payments are not received by the required deadlines. Any cancellation may incur supplier or airline charges.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

3. Payment in Full

3.1 You may choose to pay the full cost of your booking at the time of purchase.

4. Deposit Options

4.1 For eligible bookings, you may secure your holiday with a Low Deposit or Standard Deposit, depending on:

4.3 Where a deposit does not cover the entire supplier-required deposit, the difference will be added to your remaining balance.

4.4 If you cancel before paying the full balance, you will remain liable for the entire deposit amount, plus any airline or supplier cancellation fees.


5. Spread-the-Cost / Monthly Instalments

5.1 Where eligible, we may offer a monthly instalment plan allowing you to pay the remaining balance over equal instalments.

5.2 Each instalment will include an Admin Fee of up to £4.95 per payment.

5.3 Instalment plans are only available when booking sufficiently in advance.

Typical minimum advance booking requirements:

5.4 Payment dates will be displayed during checkout and confirmed in your booking documents. These dates cannot be changed once the plan is set.

5.5 Instalments will be automatically taken using the same card used for the deposit payment.


6. PayPal “Pay in 3”

6.1 PayPal Pay-in-3 is offered for eligible transactions as determined solely by PayPal.

6.2 Approval is controlled entirely by PayPal. The Beach Holidays has no influence on approval decisions.

6.3 If Pay-in-3 is used, you must adhere to PayPal’s contractual terms.


7. Card Requirements

7.1 The card used for the deposit must be valid for all future instalments.

7.2 If your card expires or is replaced, it is your responsibility to update your payment details.

7.3 Payments must be made using a card belonging to the Lead Passenger.


8. Missed or Failed Payments

8.1 If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again automatically.

9. Changing Your Booking While on a Payment Plan

9.1 If you make changes to your booking (e.g., dates, passengers, hotel upgrades), your instalment amounts may increase.

9.2 Additional supplier charges must be paid upfront and cannot be added to the instalment plan.


10. Cancellations

10.1 If you choose to cancel your booking, the following will apply:

11. Refunds

11.1 Refunds (where applicable) will only be processed back to the original payment method.

11.2 Refund timelines depend on the airline or supplier and are outside The Beach Holidays’s control.

11.3 Refunds for partially paid instalment bookings will be processed only after the supplier confirms the refundable amount.
